Terms and Conditions

Last updated: August 12, 2026 · version 2026-08-12

1. The service

These terms govern the use of the Eerie booking application and the booking and use of services provided by Pole Art Studio Eerie, Višegradska 4, 11000 Belgrade, company number 28761970, tax id (PIB) 115676627. By creating an account, booking a class, reserving a package, or otherwise using the app or the studio's services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.

The app is used to:

  • book and cancel classes;
  • manage and use class credits;
  • reserve packages;
  • view package validity and remaining credits;
  • manage your bookings and account.

By creating and using an account you agree to comply with these terms, the studio's house rules, and reasonable instructions given by studio staff and instructors.

2. Your account

Provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating your account. An account belongs to one person and may not be shared, transferred, or used by anyone else.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity carried out through your account.

The studio may temporarily suspend or permanently restrict an account it reasonably believes has been used in violation of these terms or the house rules, or in a manner that may endanger other clients, instructors, staff, equipment, or the premises.

3. Bookings and cancellations

Classes are booked using credits from an active package. The cancellation deadline, the minimum-attendance rule, the waitlist rules, and the other booking policies are displayed in the app and form part of these terms; the values that apply are the ones shown at the time of booking.

A booking may be cancelled without losing the credit up to the cancellation deadline shown in the app. A later cancellation counts as a late cancellation and the credit is deducted. Failing to attend a booked class without cancelling (a no-show) also deducts the credit. Once a late cancellation or no-show has been recorded, the credit is not returned automatically.

The studio may cancel a class that has not reached its minimum number of participants; such a class is cancelled automatically at the lead time shown in the app, and the credit used for the booking is returned to your package. You are responsible for checking the status of your bookings in the app.

When a spot opens in a full class, the first person on the waitlist receives an offer with a limited window, shown in the app and never past the start of the class. Accepting the offer books the class through the standard booking checks and consumes the credit at that moment; declining, or letting the window lapse, passes the offer to the next person. Joining the waitlist itself costs nothing.

4. Packages and payment

Packages are reserved through the app and paid for directly at the studio, unless the studio expressly offers another payment method. Reserving a package is not a completed purchase: a package becomes active only after the studio has recorded and confirmed the payment.

All prices are stated in Serbian dinars (RSD). The applicable price is the price displayed at the time the package is reserved, unless stated otherwise.

The validity period of a package begins on the date the package is activated. Credits must be used within that period unless the studio expressly agrees otherwise. Transfers, refunds, and extensions are subject to the conditions the studio communicates for the relevant package.

5. Training, safety, and personal responsibility

Pole dance and the other physical activities performed at the studio involve physical exertion and carry a risk of injury, including falls, bruises, strains, sprains, and muscle injuries.

You are responsible for informing the instructor of any injuries, conditions, or other limitations that may affect your ability to participate safely. Follow the instructions of the instructor and studio staff at all times, and use the equipment only as instructed.

Independent, unsupervised training is performed at your own responsibility and risk. During independent training you are responsible for choosing exercises appropriate to your abilities, using appropriate safety measures, and using the equipment correctly. To the extent permitted by the mandatory laws of the Republic of Serbia, the studio and its instructors are not responsible for injuries arising from independent training, improper use of equipment, failure to follow safety instructions, or exercises beyond your abilities.

The studio may stop or restrict an activity that an instructor or staff member reasonably considers unsafe.

6. Equipment and personal property

Use the studio's equipment, furniture, and other property carefully and as instructed by the studio and its instructors.

You are responsible for the personal equipment, clothing, valuables, and other belongings you bring into the studio. The studio is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, except where such liability cannot be excluded under the laws of the Republic of Serbia.

Stacking, combining, modifying, or moving studio equipment, or arranging it together with personal equipment, is not permitted without the prior approval of the studio or the responsible instructor.

7. Conduct and house rules

Behave respectfully toward other clients, instructors, staff, and visitors. The studio aims to be a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for everyone.

It is not permitted to:

  • disrupt or interfere with another person's training;
  • behave aggressively, threateningly, or abusively;
  • insult, humiliate, intimidate, or harass another person;
  • behave in a discriminatory way, including racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic, ableist, or xenophobic remarks;
  • engage in body shaming or appearance-based harassment;
  • make unwanted sexual comments, gestures, or advances;
  • deliberately create an unsafe environment;
  • damage or misuse studio property;
  • ignore reasonable instructions from instructors or staff.

Where these standards are violated, the studio may ask a client to leave the premises, cancel or restrict bookings, or suspend or terminate the account.

8. Damage to studio property

Use the studio premises and property with reasonable care. This includes:

  • poles and training equipment;
  • mats;
  • furniture and mirrors;
  • flooring, walls, and doors;
  • lighting and electrical equipment;
  • bathrooms and other facilities;
  • all other movable and immovable property belonging to or used by the studio.

A client who intentionally or negligently damages studio property may be required to compensate the studio for the reasonable, documented cost of repair or replacement, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Access and refusal of service

The studio may refuse or restrict access to a class or the premises where reasonably necessary: for safety, for serious misconduct, for violations of these terms or the house rules, or for other legitimate operational reasons. Where appropriate, the studio may suspend or terminate an account. Any such action is taken in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia.

10. Changes to these terms

The studio may update these terms. Every version carries its date, shown above. If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, you will be notified in the app and may be asked to accept the updated terms before continuing to use it.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. The studio and the client will first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably and in good faith; failing that, the dispute is resolved by the competent court under the applicable laws of the Republic of Serbia.
